Summary
Key Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with same-day and acute problems. Provide timely interventions, working autonomously and within your scope of practice. Refer patients appropriately for further care or investigations where necessary. Liaise closely with the duty doctor to ensure coordinated care. Maintain clear and accurate patient records on SystmOne (training can be provided). Contribute to clinical audits, service improvement, and quality initiatives. Support the wider clinical team in the safe delivery of urgent care services. The Ideal Candidate Registered with relevant professional body. Experience working in primary care. Confident in autonomous clinical decision-making and acute case management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with SystmOne is desirable, but not essential. A flexible, team-focused attitude and a desire to continually improve care delivery.
