Summary
Assistant Resident Services Manager – Build to Rent
Location: Nottingham
Salary: Up to £33,000 (depending on experience)
Full-Time | Permanent
Shift Pattern: Weekly rotation – Early (8am–5pm), Mid (9am–6pm), Late (11am–8pm)
Weekend Work: 1 in every 3 Saturdays (No Sundays)
OPR are working exclusively with a leading Build to Rent operator to source a highly organised and detail-oriented Assistant Resident Services Manager for Nottingham’s premium BTR offering , a 348-apartment development that sets the standard for rental living in the city.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a vibrant residential community. You’ll be directly managing two Resident Services Assistants and supporting the Senior RSM in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the RSA team, overseeing rota and daily responsibilities
• Ensure seamless resident move-ins and move-outs, with all processes completed on time
• Respond to resident enquiries and escalate complaints when necessary
• Coordinate with contractors and maintenance teams, ensuring high standards are upheld
• Support the delivery of resident events and community engagement initiatives
• Conduct property inspections and in-tenancy visits
• Assist with budget tracking and operational reporting
About You:
• Experience in residential property, hospitality, or customer service
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Tech-savvy and confident with reporting tools
