Summary
We are seeking a Bank Nutrition Support HEFT Dietitian Assistant to assist our specialist dietitians in providing administrative assistance and support to the Nutrition Support Dietetic Team.
ESSENTIAL: previous experience working in Bank for CLCH including use of SystmOne; previous experience working within a community AHP team – ideally in dietetics ; e.g. speech & language, podiatry, physio etc
Microsoft Suite adept – in responding to emails, making appts, using / creating spreadsheets etc
IDEAL: within Home Enteral Feeding / Malnutrition / Dietetics
HEFT team – home enteral feeding Team | community dietitians
• Managing HEFT inbox – responding to patients and other healthcare professionals
• Booking appts onto System One, confirming appts w patients
• Updating external databases with important information – such as tube feeding prescriptions
• Managing databases, including in registering patients onto our system
• Accepting and processing referrals
• Possibly confirming and booking obesity clinic appts and sending Teams invites to patients with online appointments
