Key Responsibilities:- Work on production lines to sort, fillet, pack, and label seafood products
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Handle raw and finished products with care and attention to hygiene
- Monitor product quality and report any issues
- Follow standard operating procedures and food safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual lifting
- Comfortable working in cold environments
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Previous experience in food production or factory work is beneficial
- Own transport is essential due to location and shift times
