Summary
We are recruiting for Shift Managers in Wellesbourne, CV35 with immediate start.
Shift Pattern: Various Shift Patterns
Hourly Rate: £15.38 per hour
Duties:
. Oversee all warehouse operations during assigned shift (inbound, outbound, and returns).
. Manage and support team leaders and warehouse staff to meet performance targets.
. Monitor KPIs, productivity, and workflow efficiency throughout the shift.
. Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and company procedures.
. Handle shift planning, attendance, and issue resolution.
. Report operational performance and incidents to senior management.
Requirements:
. Proven experience in warehouse or logistics shift management
. Strong leadership and people management skills
. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
. Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced operations
. Good knowledge of WMS systems and Microsoft Office tools
. Flexible and reliable with strong attention to detail
