Location: Halmer Court, Spalding, PE11 2EL
Salary: £13.25 per hour + Paid Training + Recognised Qualifications
Hours: Full-time and Bank available – Average 38.5 hours per week (includes alternate weekends)
Shifts: 8:00pm – 8:00am

Shift Pattern:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday – 44 hours

Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday – 33 hour

What You’ll Need
NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (Level 3 preferred or willingness to complete it)

Strong communication and leadership skills

A genuine passion for working with older adults

Ability to supervise care staff and lead with confidence

Your Role
As a Senior Night Care Assistant, you’ll:

Support and guide care staff on shift

Ensure personal, physical, and emotional care needs are met

Administer medication as needed

Update care plans and maintain accurate records

Build trusting relationships with residents and families

Promote dignity, independence, and choice
