Hours: Full-time opportunities available, up to 37.5 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £12.25 - £12.45 per hour + Paid Training + Health & Wellbeing Benefits + Career Development Opportunities

*This role requires you to drive a company/service user's vehicle. You must hold a Full UK Driving License.*

Competitive Salary Progression:
£12.35 per hour upon completion of a fully funded Care Certificate

£12.45 per hour upon completion of a fully funded Level 2-3 NVQ qualification

What You’ll Do:
As a Support Worker, you will help individuals with learning disabilities lead fulfilling and independent lives by promoting choice, inclusion, and dignity.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing companionship and emotional support

Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks

Teaching and encouraging independent living skills

Supporting individuals with medication management

Facilitating community-based activities such as swimming, social events, and leisure outings

What We’re Looking For:


Previous experience working with learning disabilities and mental health (essential)
A compassionate and patient approach to care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to supporting independence and dignity
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
