Summary
About the role:
The General Vehicle Fitter is responsible for the maintenance and repair of various vehicles & plant equipment. The work is physically demanding and there is a requirement to wear protective clothing.
Duties include:
Diagnosing and repairing vehicle/plant issues.
Completing preventative maintenance inspections.
Performing repairs and replacements.
Checking and re-aligning vehicle wheels.
Advising the workshop supervisor on vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Conducting tests on vehicles after repairs or replacements.

• Mechanical knowledge
What you will do:
• Fault Diagnosis
• Remove and replace parts
• MOT prep
