Summary
ADR Network is one of the UK’s largest suppliers of professional HGV drivers. We work with some of the biggest names in logistics, and we’re looking for a Recruiter to help us source, screen, and register high-quality temporary agency drivers.
If you're people-focused, organised, and ready to build a fast-paced career in recruitment, we want to hear from you.
As a Recruiter, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our HGV drivers. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and screening applicants for temporary HGV driving roles
- Conducting short telephone interviews and initial assessments
- Entering and maintaining accurate driver information on our internal database
- Ensuring compliance with employment documentation and legal requirements
- Assessing applicant experience and suitability to meet client requirements
- Supporting new drivers through the onboarding process to ensure assignment success
You'll be based at our Normanton Office, working Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. We also offer some flexibility with working hours if you choose to work occasional weekends.
We’re seeking someone with:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – you’ll be speaking to drivers daily
- A goal-oriented and motivated approach to your work
- Strong organisation and time management abilities
- A willingness to learn about driver regulations, documentation and compliance
- Attention to detail – ensuring all checks and paperwork are in place before placements
- Previous recruitment or transport industry experience is helpful, but not essential
Working at ADR Network you will be part of a friendly, professional and supportive team and help make a real difference in keeping the UK's supply chains moving whilst gaining hands-on experience in recruitment and logistics. There are ongoing training and development opportunities for the right candidate.
