Summary
Recruitment Professionals is recruiting for an ambitious Private Property (Conveyancing) Lawyer to join a dynamic legal team in Shrewsbury. This is a full-time, office-based role with excellent progression prospects.
About the Role:
Caseload includes:
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• New build transactions
• Transfers of equity
You’ll thrive in a busy environment, liaising with clients and agents to deliver an exceptional legal service while supporting business development.
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 3 years PQE (or equivalent experience in a reputable firm)
• Strong conveyancing technical knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage workload effectively under pressure
• Strong IT skills (case management software, MS Office)
• Detail-oriented with strong file management abilities
