Summary
Search are currently recruiting for a professional and personable Receptionist to join a welcoming office team in Aberdeen. This is a front-of-house role suited to someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and delivering excellent customer service.
M-F full time hours
£12.60 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors and managing incoming calls in a professional manner
- Coordinating appointments and maintaining meeting schedules
- Supporting general administrative tasks and office coordination
- Ensuring the reception area is tidy, organised, and presentable
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assisting with basic data entry and document management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A friendly, professional, and proactive attitude
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and manage a busy front desk environment
