This post is full-time (35 hours per week), and open ended with funding available up until 31st May 2027 the first instance.

We are seeking to appoint an Administrative Assistant on a full-time basis. The post holder will provide a range of administrative and support services to Prof. Alastair Leyland and Prof Laurence Moore, as required within the School of Health and Wellbeing in the College of Medical, Veterinary and Life Sciences, acting as a key support contact for academic and administrative staff.
The post holder will have excellent secretarial and clerical skills including ability to take minutes at meetings, and proven ability to organise and prioritise workload, working to deadlines as required.
