Summary

Mitie is seeking an experienced Partnership Director to oversee a prestigious client contract, driving operational excellence and strategic growth. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact, building strong partnerships and leading a dedicated team.
-Oversee and deliver a complex, multi-service contract, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives of Central London Community Healthcare (CLCH)

-Develop and review strategic plans for sustainable account growth and continuous improvement.

-Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted partner.

-Foster collaboration and effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

-Lead and support operational staff to maintain high service standards.

-Identify growth opportunities and proactively manage risks.

-Monitor and enhance service level agreements (SLAs).

Main Duties

-To provide market leading strategic account management and customer experience. To create, engage and lead high performing teams in growing the business whilst ensuring a safe, compliant, profitable and effective service delivery through operational excellence.

-Leads by example, creating an engaged workforce across the entire contract by creating an environment of trust and inspiring communication at all levels.

-Proactively ensures resourcing needs are considered/planned for the year and managed on a regular basis by their teams in line with the Mitie vision. Addresses changes to this are met through effective business planning on an on-going basis.

-Is an advocate of performance management for their contract, ensuring all management and their teams have set objectives aligned to the business plan and linked to the business strategy. They address any issues with underperformance.

-Leads the talent agenda for their site, building a plan for succession and creates opportunities where all colleagues can achieve their career aspirations.

What we are looking for
-Proven experience in managing large, multi-service contracts within facilities management or a related sector.

-Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

-Strategic thinker with a history of implementing successful account plans and driving business growth.

-Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.

-Strong understanding of service level agreements, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement methodologies.

-Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and adapt to evolving client needs.
