We're working with a newly merged, forward-thinking property management business that's building something fresh, and they're looking for someone who wants to grow with them.
The Role:
As a Property Block Manager, you'll take responsibility for a residential leasehold portfolio across Cambridgeshire. The role is fully remote, with site visits typically once a week or fortnight. You'll work alongside a supportive and social team who are passionate about delivering excellent service.
What You'll Need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential block management
- Strong working knowledge of leasehold management, including:
- Service charge budgets and reconciliations
- Section 20 consultations
- Building Safety Act compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing major works projects and dealing with contractors
- Ideally IRPM or TPI qualified/accredited (or working towards)
- Confident using property management systems and remote tools
