Summary
Provide consultations, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for patients of all ages Manage long-term conditions such as diabetes, asthma, and hypertension Conduct home visits and telephone/video consultations as required Prescribe medications and refer patients to secondary care when appropriate Participate in clinical audits, QOF (Quality and Outcomes Framework), and CQC compliance Collaborate with nurses, pharmacists, healthcare assistants, and administrative staff Contribute to practice meetings, training, and continuous professional development
