Summary
Candidates must have current HCPC registration or are due to be registered in the next 3 months.The role involves 24/7 working on a shift pattern, including earlies, cores, lates, and night shifts. Candidates must be able to work all these shifts.Weekends and bank holidays are also worked on a rotation.Teamwork, CPD, and good communication are key skills for this roleYou would rotate through sections of the laboratory, and be responsible for training others when you have gained competencies in those sections
