The successful candidate will provide administrative support within a team of support staff. This is an exciting time for Maths at the Inspiration Trust, as the reach of the team grows the need for a strong administrative support team is paramount.

The main responsibility of this role will be:
- To provide administrative and clerical support services to a high standard, supporting management, other office staff, teachers, students and parents in an efficient, positive, professional and effective manner.
- To work within a team, leading on specific areas of responsibility as directed by the Outreach Coordinator.
- To provide flexibility to enable the Maths Hub, East Maths Community and Outreach programmes to run effectively and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in administrative work
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Experience working in an education environment
- Excellent IT experience and be familiar with Office 365

This is an exciting time for the Maths Team within the Inspiration Trust, having recently been awarded a contract to develop and launch the East Maths Community, we are looking to extend our support team. The strong and dedicated Maths team already works throughout the Inspiration Trust schools and leads the Angles Maths Hub supporting schools throughout Norfolk and Suffolk with maths professional development. We need an enthusiastic and committed individual to provide administrative support within our expanding support team. The role will involve varied work, including photocopying, laminating, booking venues, placing orders, etc. It will be interesting and varied and will suit applicants who want to develop their administrative skills within a strong and supportive environment.
