Summary

About the role: Group Administration Training and Quality CoordinatorAre you passionate about improving processes, supporting team development, and ensuring high-quality service delivery? Join our Group Administration team and play a key role in shaping how we support learners and staff across Activate Learning!In this dynamic role, you’ll lead on quality assurance and continuous improvement across the department. Conducting regular audits and process reviews, you'll use team feedback to refine and enhance our administrative practices. You’ll also plan and deliver CPD sessions and training for new starters, ensuring everyone is equipped with the skills and confidence to succeed. During peak periods, you’ll help manage workloads and priorities, support inbox and task distribution, and act as a key contact for workflow queries. To support your development, you’ll also be expected to step in for Delivery Managers when needed. This is a permanent, full-time position with flexibility to work across all Activate Learning campuses, with a preferred base at Oxford, Reading, or Guildford College. You will be required to travel to all campuses'. What do you need to be a successful?You should be a confident communicator with a proactive approach, as well as strong organisational skills and attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
