Summary
LOCH FYNE OYSTERS LTD is located in stunning surroundings on the west coast of Scotland at CLACHAN, CAIRNDOW. Our award-winning LOCH FYNE OYSTER BAR has built a reputation as one of Scotland's very best seafood restaurants, featuring the highest quality seafood indigenous to Argyll. ● POSITION: WAITING STAFF (FRONT OF HOUSE).
● RATE OF PAY: £12.25 per hour.
● OVERTIME: Paid at x1.5 basic hourly rate for hours worked over 40 hours per week.
● ADDITIONAL: Customer tips are shared between the Restaurant Team.
● CONTRACT TYPE: Temporary (Up to 31st October 2025).
● WORKING HOURS: Part time and full time hours available, flexible shift patterns, with evening and weekend working required (no late finishes).
● OTHER INFO: Due to our location and the work shifts, your own transport would be beneficial. Car share / transport may be available.

We are looking for customer focused people, with a friendly, outgoing nature to join our FRONT OF HOUSE RESTAURANT TEAM in our award-winning Loch Fyne Oyster Bar.
The successful candidates need to have excellent customer service and communication skills, have a cheerful and positive manner, be able to work well as part of a team, plus the ability to work in a busy restaurant environment. Previous experience in a catering or hospitality role is preferred however is not essential, as full training will be provided.
Duties include: taking customer orders, serving food and drink, clearing and resetting tables, cash handling and dealing with customers.
