Summary
Duties: Plan and assess activities that support children's development and interest. Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development. Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment. Foster strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues. Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety and hygiene in the room. Follow health, safety and safeguarding procedures.
Essential skills:
Full and relevant level 3 in childcare
Valid DBS
Update to date paediatric first aid certificate
Passion for play-based learning and child led education
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Knowledge of safeguarding and early years regulations.
