Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Logistics) to manage our contracts and oversee operations in Southampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering logistics projects, ensuring compliance with UK transport regulations, and driving operational efficiency.
Key Duties
Manage contracts with logistics partners.
Plan and oversee delivery operations across Southampton and surrounding areas.
Lead, train, and support subcontracted drivers and operations staff.
Ensure compliance with UK employment and transport law, including HR checks.
Monitor KPIs (deliveries, efficiency, customer satisfaction) and prepare reports.
Support growth and business development strategies.
