A newly established provision just outside West Drayton is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join its growing team. This purpose-built environment supports children with autism and moderate learning difficulties, combining tailored education with therapeutic input in a safe, nurturing space.

We're looking for someone who:
- Has hands-on experience supporting children or young people with ASC and/or moderate learning needs
- Uses tools like visual timetables, sensory integration, and augmentative communication confidently
- Brings warmth, resilience, and strong teamwork skills to every interaction

It's a bonus if you:
- Have training in Team Teach or similar behaviour support approaches
- Are familiar with PECS, Makaton, or AAC
- Understand safeguarding in specialist settings

To be successful, you'll need:
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
- A genuine commitment to inclusive practice and pupil wellbeing
