Summary
Educato are looking to recruit a Team Teach trained SEN Teaching Assistant in a Secondary SEN school in Trafford. The incoming Team Teach trained teaching assistant will be working with groups of identified people with SEMH aged 11-19 years old. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong behaviour management skills who can support students with a range of additional needs, both in class and in small group or 1:1 settings. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping students access their learning while using Team Teach strategies to manage challenging behaviour and promote positive engagement.
