Your new role
Job Title: Damp & Mould Operative
Location: Leicestershire (Multi-Site)
Salary: £15.15 - £17.73 per hour
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Benefits: Company van provided
Responsibilities:
- Treat and repair damp and mould issues in residential properties
- Carry out general building maintenance and repair tasks
- Ensure properties are safe, clean, and well-maintained for tenants
What you'll need to succeed
- No formal qualifications required
- Knowledge of painting and asbestos awareness is desirable.
- Must hold a clean UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
