Summary
A global firm with a strong international presenceis hiring a Senior Compensation Manager to join its global reward team.Known for its collaborative culture and commitment to excellence, the firmsupports clients across industries through strategic and operational change.
Reporting into the Reward Director, you will act as a strategicpartner to stakeholders and business leaders across global functions. You will lead on compensation design and execution, manage salary reviews, and provide benchmarking for senior roles. You will advise on executive compensation, and supportannual and mid-year compensation cycles.
This is a fast-paced, high-impact role requiringstrong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiplepriorities. You will be motivated, resourceful, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have at least eight years of progressive compensation experience in acorporate environment, with a strong understanding ofcompensation models, executive pay, and stakeholder engagement. Advanced Exceland PowerPoint skills are essential.
