As a Financial Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the financial management of client matters and ensuring processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant with best practices. You will work closely with colleagues and senior management to contribute to the wider financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities of Finance Assistant:

- Manage and streamline financial processes including billing, payments, and account management
- Maintain accurate schedules, records, and financial documentation
- Support colleagues and leadership teams with financial reporting and analysis
- Liaise with stakeholders to resolve billing queries and ensure smooth client account management
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior staff
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain confidentiality
- Participate in training and professional development activities

Experience Required

- Prior experience in a financial administration role within a professional environment
- Strong numerical skills and financial discipline
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
