Summary
A beautiful care home based in Hatfield is looking for an experienced nurse for a permanent clinical lead role to lead, mentor and support the nursing team.
Working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, As Clinical Lead, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth daily operation of the home and provide strong leadership to the nursing team. You will ensure that personalised, high-quality care is delivered to every resident, while mentoring, motivating, and supporting the team in their professional development.
Your role will also involve overseeing daily care activities, monitoring residents' health and wellbeing, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards, while fostering a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment.
