Operations Support Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: West Mains Industrial Estate, Grangemouth, FK3 8YE
Contract: 12-month temporary position
Hours: 14 hours per week
We are currently seeking a part-time Operations Support Assistant to join our team on a temporary 12-month contract. This role is based at our office in West Mains Industrial Estate, Grangemouth, and offers a consistent working pattern across Thursdays and Fridays.
Key Responsibilities
As part of our dynamic team, you will:
- Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries, liaising with service users, their representatives, and internal/external colleagues via telephone, email, face-to-face, online, and written communication.
- Plan and coordinate deliveries, collections, repairs, and maintenance visits, ensuring optimal routing and resource allocation.
- Process and update equipment requests, service user records, stock movements, repairs, and follow-up actions using JLES and related management systems.
- Provide technical support for JLES systems and mobile devices.
- Assist in preparing financial, stock, and management reports in line with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Process financial transactions including purchase orders and invoices.
- Perform general office duties such as data cleansing, filing, photocopying, and maintaining stationery supplies.
- Support warehouse operations including stocktaking and other relevant tasks to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure best value across all activities.

Additional Information
- Hours: 14 hours per week, Thursday 9AM-5PM Friday 9AM-4PM
- Location: Based at our warehouse office in Grangemouth.
