Summary
Handyman required initially for 2 days or multiple half days a week for a large commercial site in Thornwood nr Epping, Essex.
General tasks include litter picking, sweeping, clearing leaves, weed spraying, hedge trimming, painting internally & externally, basic property repairs & grounds maintenance, nothing too complicated, ideal candidate would be consistent with an eye for detail and common sense to keep the place looking tip top, work is mainly outside and year round, flexibility on days & times, other sites and properties for maintenance also so driving license and access to a vehicle would give scope to a larger role.
