Summary
The Best Connection is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our client's busy store in New Inn, Pontypool. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a friendly retail team, where you'll play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service, assisting with product enquiries.
- Support stock management and maintain attractive store displays.
- Process transactions accurately and ensure smooth checkout experiences.
- Keep the store clean, tidy, and welcoming for customers.
- Follow company procedures to maintain a safe and efficient workplace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
- £12.21 per hour competitive pay rate.
- 15 hours per week - regular part-time hours.
- 28 days paid annual leave pro-rata (inclusive of statutory holiday).
