Summary
Maintain continued professional development. Undertake and assist in audit projects. Teach junior colleagues and students. Attend weekly educational and multidisciplinary sessions. To co-operate with members of the HR department when monitoring hours of work. Attend induction in each hospital or new department. Comply with all local policies including dress code, annual and study leave. Junior medical staff will be expected to show qualities of leadership but also to know their limitations and call for help and advice appropriately. Liaise between nurses, other junior doctors, patients, relatives and senior medical staff Specialty Experience Specialty experience will depend on the interests of the applicants.
