Are you passionate about using data to make a real difference in your community?

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Housing Data Analyst to join our team and help shape the future of housing services in west Norfolk. This role is central to ensuring our housing data is accurate, insightful, and used to inform strategy, support funding bids, and drive service improvements.

You will review and develop data systems, producing detailed analysis and reports for senior managers and elected members, and embedding data-led decision-making across Housing Services. From homelessness prevention to housing supply and demand, your work will influence key operational and strategic decisions.

You will have a relevant qualification at Level 5 or above, with proven experience in data or analytical roles—ideally within housing or a similar field of work. You will bring a strong background in software development, data modelling, and visualisation tools such as Power BI, along with excellent communication and time management skills. Your ability to convey complex information clearly and prioritise effectively will be key to your success in this role.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping housing policy and service delivery through data. If you would like to bring your expertise to our team we would love to hear from you.
