Summary

Merstham Park School is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support and Admin Assistant to join our vibrant pastoral team. This permanent, term-time-only role (36 hours per week) involves providing efficient administrative support, maintaining student records, and liaising with families and external partners. You’ll play a key part in supporting student welfare, wellbeing, and achievement in our inclusive school community - helping with reintegration meetings, participating in learning walks, and ensuring pastoral needs are met with care and professionalism.We are interested in hearing from all candidates, no matter what point in your career you are currently at and we welcome flexible working arrangements (full time or part time).
