We're looking for an experienced Senior Supervisor to join a prestigious contract catering operation within a high-profile financial institution in Central London.

The role:
- Leading a team to ensure smooth day-to-day service across breakfast, lunch, and hospitality events
- Supporting the management team with operational planning and service delivery
- Acting as a key point of contact for the client and maintaining the highest service standards
- Overseeing food presentation, compliance, and hygiene standards
- Motivating and developing your team to deliver a consistent 5-star experience
Experience required:
- Previous senior supervisory experience in contract catering or high-end restaurants
- Confident leading a team and working closely with both kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- A hands-on, proactive approach with a calm and professional manner
- A passion for customer service and hospitality excellence
