Summary
Job Title: Painter and Decorator
Salary: £32,941.93 per annum
Location: Base in Stafford
Hours:40 hours per week, permanent
We currently have an opportunity for a Painter and Decorator to join our in-house Maintenance Team, Property Plus on a full time permanent basis.
The Role
As a Painter and Decorator in our Planned Team, you’ll take pride in transforming our Group properties and tenants homes inside and out, delivering top-notch painting work that meets our high standards and keeps our tenants smiling. Working independently -sometimes at height and in tenants’ homes. You’ll ensure every job is completed safely, professionally, and with care. If you’re hands-on, reliable, and passionate about making homes look their best, this is your chance to make a real impact while building strong relationships with the people we serve..
Skills and experience required:
A NVQ or City and Guilds Qualification in the relevant trade (essential)
Experience within a housing repairs and maintenance environment (desirable)
Ability to demonstrate evidence of experience in general repair work and be able to meet varied target dates
Experience of health and safety best practice and procedures
Outstanding customer care skills
Full UK Driving Licence
