About the Job

You’ll have an important part to play within the IT function as the day-to-day owner of Contract Management Lifecycle (CLM)
applications, ensuring their effective use, continuous improvement, and alignment with business needs.

Here at Unipart we don’t just have a way of working, we have The Unipart Way. It allows everyone in our team to pursue their own
personal and professional goals to a world class level, through Unipart's ‘From Gate to Great’ training and development program.

As Product Manager you will manage system administration, address issues, drive enhancements, and ensure data quality to support
the Commercial and Procurement functions. You will champion the applications and serve as the primary point of contact for
stakeholders maximising the value derived from these tools.

As part of your key responsibilities you’ll:

* Administer and configure CLM applications, managing user access, permissions, and vendor relationships
* Provide first-line user support, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with IT or vendors for resolutions
* Manage change control processes for all system and process modifications, ensuring best practice adherence
* Identify and implement continuous improvements to CLM applications, increasing usability, value, and user adoption
* Support the successful implementation and ongoing delivery of CLM applications across functions
* Act as a data steward, ensuring data integrity within CLM applications and establishing quality checks
* Support the creation and management of dashboards and KPIs to provide valuable management insights from CLM data
* Define and govern CLM workflows and processes to ensure efficiency and consistency
* Develop and deliver comprehensive training and guidance to end-users, promoting effective system use
* Champion CLM applications across the organization, fostering an engaged user community and driving adoption

About You

We’d love you to have the following skills and experience, but please apply if you think you’d be able to perform well in this
role!

* Experience in a similar role, ideally with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools such as ContractPodAi or similar platforms
(Ironclad, Docusign, Sirion, Icertis)
* Proficiency in managing support tickets, tracking work items, and implementing change requests within a formal system
* Experience working with external vendors, including support teams and consultants
* Excellent data management and report creation skills
* Experience in supporting inexperienced system users in system adoption and use
* Ability to work under pressure and challenging deadlines
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly and engage with key stakeholders across the
business
* Able to simplify complex technical jargon for various levels of expertise, and translate business language into technical
solutions

Our recruitment and selection process has been developed to ensure that it is consistent, fair and provides equality of
opportunity - all selection decisions are based solely on technical and behavioural competencies. We do not discriminate on the
grounds of race, colour, or nationality, ethnic or national origins, sex, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, marital or
