About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our nursery production team. You’ll be hands-on with trees at various growth stages, helping ensure our plants are healthy and ready for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Transplanting young trees and seedlings
Grading and sorting trees for quality
Maintaining a clean, safe production area
Assisting with general nursery tasks as needed
Requirements:
Ability to perform physical, outdoor work in all weather conditions
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
