Location: Brentford, TW8
Salary: £29,000 – £32,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week

About the Role:
The Nursery is looking for a dynamic, motivated individual who can use their initiative and manage their room effectively. You’ll have the freedom and responsibility to put your stamp on the room, support your team, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of your area. As the nursery grows, so will your career opportunities — making this an excellent role for someone ambitious and forward-thinking.

Essential Requirements:
• Level 3 or above early years education/childcare qualification
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS); Montessori experience a plus
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
• Experience with play-based learning approaches
• Motivation to progress into more senior roles
• Willingness to learn and undertake further training
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Commitment to safeguarding, equality, and supporting children and families
• Friendly, flexible, and team-oriented approach
