Lift Hamford is a vibrant school within the Lift Schools network that achieved a good status in November 2022 and serves our coastal community. We strive to ensure that children get the best opportunities to achieve the highest possible outcomes and that high-quality learning is at the heart of everything we do.

We are excited to be opening a brand new nursery class in January 2026, offering 40 term time places for two, three and four year olds. To support this exciting development, we are looking for an experienced, passionate and nurturing Early Years Teacher to help shape and lead this provision.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something new and make a lasting difference from day one. You will play a key role in creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment that supports our youngest children to thrive and develop.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a qualified teacher with experience in Early Years
  • Has a deep understanding of child development and the EYFS framework
  • Is warm, proactive and highly organised with a strong commitment to safeguarding
  • Can inspire young children through creative, play based learning
  • Enjoys working collaboratively with families, colleagues and the wider community
