Summary

Supervisor - Airside Project (Heathrow Airport)

McGinley Support Services is recruiting for an experienced Construction Supervisor to work airside at Heathrow Airport on behalf of Ferrovial. This is a long-term opportunity offering excellent pay and the chance to work on one of the UK's most high-profile infrastructure projects.

Job Details

  • Start Date: To be confirmed
  • Duration: Long-term ongoing role
  • Location: Heathrow Airport (Airside)
  • Shifts: Days or Nights available

Pay Rates (PAYE Direct)

  • Days: £26.22 per hour
  • Nights: £45.88 per hour
  • Overtime: Time and a half after 39 hours

Requirements for Supervisor role

  • Gold CSCS Card (essential)
  • SSSTS certification (essential)
  • Strong experience supervising teams on live construction projects
  • Proven ability to manage operations in a high-security airside environment

Role Overview - Supervisor Heathrow (Airside)

As a Supervisor on the Heathrow Airside project, you will be responsible for managing site teams, maintaining health & safety compliance, and ensuring works are delivered to programme. This role requires an experienced construction supervisor with excellent leadership skills and the confidence to manage a busy site environment.
