Plant Operators - Airside Project (Heathrow Airport)
McGinley Support Services is urgently recruiting experienced Plant Operators to join the Heathrow Airside project. This is a long-term opportunity with excellent pay, overtime options, and the chance to work on one of the UK's most high-profile infrastructure sites.

Nights: £22.75 per hour (1.25 uplift)

Overtime: Time and a half after 39 hours
Requirements for Plant Operators

Valid Blue CPCS Card (essential)

Previous experience operating construction plant on live sites

5 years' continuous work history (required for Airside pass clearance)

Preferably candidates who have worked continuously with McGinley OR through CIS/Limited Company for the last 5 years
Role Overview - Plant Operator Heathrow (Airside)
As a Plant Operator on the Heathrow Airside project, you will be responsible for operating a variety of plant machinery to support groundworks, lifting, excavation, and civil engineering activities. This is a critical role ensuring safe and efficient delivery of construction tasks within a secure airport environment.
