Summary
Are you an enthusiastic and inspiring primary teacher looking to help children thrive? A welcoming primary school is seeking a dedicated KS2 Teacher to join their team and guide pupils through the next stage of their learning journey. Beginning January 2026.
Duties as a KS2 Teacher:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to a range of abilities.
Track and assess pupil progress, maintaining accurate records and reporting to parents and senior leaders.
Create a stimulating and safe classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and learning.
Support pupils’ personal growth and wellbeing, fostering a sense of responsibility and resilience.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents to ensure every child reaches their potential.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school-wide events.
Ideal KS2 Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Ability to motivate, inspire, and support children of all abilities.
Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills as a KS2 Teacher.
