Summary
Are you a committed and inspiring primary teacher looking to help children flourish? A friendly and forward-thinking primary school is seeking a dedicated KS1/KS2 Teacher to join their team and guide pupils through these key stages of their education. Beginning October 2025.
Duties as a KS1/2 Teacher:
Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons for mixed abilities in line with the national curriculum.
Assess and monitor pupil progress, maintaining accurate records and reporting to parents and senior leaders.
Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and learning.
Foster pupils’ confidence and enthusiasm through creative teaching and enrichment activities.
Collaborate with colleagues, teaching assistants and parents to ensure every child reaches their potential.
Attend staff meetings, training sessions and participate in whole-school initiatives.
Ideal KS1/2 Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 curriculum.
Ability to motivate and inspire children of all abilities.
Excellent communication, organisational and classroom management skills as a KS1/2 Teacher.
