Summary
The role responsibility will be to lead and coordinate the delivery of complex business analysis within a high-profile government department. This pivotal role supports the transformation of migration and border services through the implementation of innovative business solutions. Working closely with senior stakeholders, operational leads, and technical teams, you will drive technical analytical excellence, ensuring that business solutions are integrated seamlessly into existing systems and processes translating technical requirements into tickets for the development teams. You will work to ensure understanding of the business data flow across systems.
Your technical skills in systems analysis, data flow management, and technical integration systems will be crucial. You will need to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams will be key to your success in this role. Knowledge of biometric technologies would be beneficial but not essential provided there is an aptitude for learning complex technology integrations.
