Summary
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong understanding of the design process and construction industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar software
- Familiarity with Building Regulations, Building Bulletins, NBS, and Common Arrangement of Work Sections
- Knowledge of the planning process and stakeholder consultation
- Project management and negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior managers, consultants, and technical/non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate projects
Ideally have
- Chartered Member of RIBA, CIAT, or equivalent professional body
