Summary
A day in the life of a Pre school Room Head:
You'll lead a team of early years educators with heart, humor, and high-fives.
Create a warm, structured, and playful environment where preschoolers can thrive socially, emotionally, and cognitively.
Plan and organise activities to reach the full development potential of all the little people in your care
Build strong relationships with parents and families and together create a space where children feel safe and valued
A great Fit.
-You would need to hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years (as defined by the Department for Education)
-Have at least 2 years experience working in an early years setting.
- Ready to start everyday with a smile and a highfive
