Summary
Deliver high-quality care to patients, in accordance with the GMS contract Prescribe safely and appropriately, in line with local/national guidelines Manage long-term conditions effectively Undertake shared practice duties including duty doctor cover Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks (e.g. referrals, results, prescriptions) Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records Participate in audits, quality improvement, and clinical governance activities Attend practice meetings and contribute to team development Support the training of students and junior clinicians Engage with appraisals and the revalidation process Uphold all practice policies including confidentiality, data protection, and safeguarding
