The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Internal Communications Manager to lead the delivery of engaging and effective communication for staff and students
across the University. Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing and
Communications, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we share important updates,
support change management, and promote key campaigns. With a focus on clarity,
relevance and impact, you’ll design and implement annual communications plans that inform, inspire and connect our internal community.
This is a collaborative and dynamic role, requiring close working relationships across departments to deliver timely, targeted messages through the most appropriate channels. You’ll oversee and enhance communication platforms, support crisis communications, and ensure that student- and staff-facing messages align with the University’s values and strategic direction. If you’re a proactive communicator who thrives on creating meaningful engagement and has a strong grasp of tone, channel strategy, and campaign planning
