Summary
Purpose:
Lead and manage education and inclusion services, ensuring all learners have access to high-quality, equitable educational opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor inclusion and education strategies.
Oversee programs supporting learners with additional needs.
Manage staff, budgets, and resources effectively.
Liaise with schools, families, and external agencies.
Ensure compliance with education policies, regulations, and safeguarding standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
Degree in Education, Special Education, or related field.
Leadership and team management experience.
Strong knowledge of inclusion, education policy, and safeguarding.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
