Support Worker
About the Role:
We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced Carers to join our dedicated team in the Essex area. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to elderly adults living with dementia, helping them maintain dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal care and hygiene support
Assisting with daily routines, including meals, medication, and mobility
Offering emotional support and companionship
Working collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals
Supporting dementia-related needs with understanding and patience
Requirements:
Previous experience working in healthcare or care settings
Specific experience supporting individuals with dementia
Empathy, reliability, and excellent communication skills
Right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
